Why Yoga/ Meditation/ Buddhism? I was born into it Meditation, but I didnt take it seriously until I really needed it. Ive always battled anxiety and these practices became my lifeline.

Favorite place on earth: Nicaragua (but Ill take anywhere that is warm and has surf).

Guilty Pleasure: RomComs (anything with Julia Roberts in it)
